I "graduated" from physical therapy today! I had my last session this afternoon. I almost think I'm going to be a little lost without it for awhile.
Last Saturday I attended my first spin class at the gym since my surgery. It seemed like I hadn't been gone long at all. I felt great the rest of the day. I'm hoping I can continue going two days a week.
My shipment of new head-wear I mentioned in my last post arrived today. I can't wait to share some pictures once I get a chance to wear them.

I am looking forward to those scarf shots! Hope Matt had a good Father's Day. Great news that you're finished with physical therapy and back at the gym. Remember when you could just do the "crucifixion" position?

Hi Sandy - we've been on vacation the last few weeks. Glad to hear that things are progressing a little better this last session. We look forward to seeing you in those scrafs also - I am sure you will make them look beautiful.

Hi Sandy. Sorry for being away for so long, but besides the trip to the US (which was almost the whole month of May), I had a number of trips in Brazil as well, when back, and a small surgery in my nose.

So glad to hear you are progressing and still able to shop till you drop. If you ever need a shopping partner, I am available. My grandson,Nick, thinks thats all I do. Karen
