Bad Hair Day, Bad Paw Day

We've had quite a day today at Chez Pelzek. My hair started shedding on Tuesday. Rather than go through seeing it all fall out, I decided to have my regular stylist, Deanna, buzz it all off. I'm going tomorrow morning for my wig fitting. Glamorous. Olivia says I have hair like Dad but my bandana is "stylish".
We had new bed delivered today and one of the delivery guys accidentally stepped on Quinn's paw. This resulted in a cracked claw and bleeding! This happened about 5 minutes before I was supposed to leave to get my new hair style. Fortunately, my mom and Steve (step-dad) were here picking up some old baby stuff for their rummage, so they stayed here with the delivery guys. Matt came home from work and came with me and the girls to the salon and Patsy took poor Quinn to the vet.
Now, we have our new bed, I have my new style and Quinn has four bandages on his paws due to infections in some of his claws and nail cut down. He has to wear his bandages until Friday and he's on antibiotics.
Pictures with my new hair to follow!!!!

Hey Sandy and Matt,
I love keeping up with everything that is going on with you crazies! It is so fabulous that you can keep on laughing with all the ups and downs that are going on. That is the key to making it through this. Poor Quinn!! But Sandy, you will look adorable with your scarves, wigs, etc. At least you don't have bandages on your fingernails! Good move getting the hair shaved off before it falls out. We love you.
Love, AJ

Hey Sandy,
Way to go - you did it! You look gorgeous in your scarf. Apparently Quinn was jealous of your new accessories so needed some of his own. It was great seeing you the other night at book club...glad we talked alot about the book as usual, ha ha. See you soon I hope!

Hi Sandy. We think you look hot in that scarf. How do you pull that off? We were cracking up (sorry Quinn) when we saw those bandages on Quinn. Willie had similar bandages years ago and chewed them until the orange dye from the bandage was all over her face! Thinking of you all the time!
